Set-up:
Please be in your appointed session room at least 15 minutes before session start time (if the previous session is still in progress, please just wait in the back for the session to end).
There will be a session coordinator in your room who will greet you and will make sure that your computer is connected to the projector. Remember, unless you have told us otherwise, you must use your own computer to present.
After brief housekeeping announcements, the moderator will introduce you to the audience.
Please keep in mind that you have 40 minutes allotted for your presentation, followed by a 10 minute Q&A session.
The moderator will signal when it is time to wrap up your presentation and move on the Q&A. During the Q&A, please wait for the audience members to speak into microphone (that will be passed around) and repeat their questions before answering them. Also, make sure to address the virtual audience by looking into the camera occasionally and repeating the question.
